I use Sibelius Version Sibelius Ultimate 2024.10 on Windows 11. Recently I bought a Mac Mini M2 (Model 2023), running Sequoia 15.2. The Windows machine is a tower model an runs now in the cellar. On my desktop I use the Mac, and I only control the Windows machine from there via remote desktop. So step by step the Mac will turn into the computer I will mostly use. It’s time to use Sibelius on Mac now.
I made some customisations to my Sibelius installation on Windows, which I need on the Mac as well: custom templates and scripts.
Questions that I will need to resolve are:
- Where can I find my user settings on Windows?
- Where does Sibelius’ store the user settings on MacOS?
- Do I need to convert the ported files regarding the character set they are stored with?
